About Me

Hi.  My name is Scott.  And I love to travel.  I also love to try new and different foods.  I just don’t know where I acquired this wanderlust and foodlust.  You see, my father will not get into an airplane, and my mother will not set foot on a boat.  All of our vacations during my childhood were by car, with one exception when we rode the train to Florida.  As far as food goes, dinners in my childhood household were quite simple, albeit delicious: spaghetti, Shake ‘N Bake chicken or pork, macaroni and tuna casserole.  You get the picture.
